Attendance Guidelines
CEDIA Expo reserves the right to accept, reject, or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events, at any time for any reason. CEDIA Expo reserves the right to use photographs/video of you taken at the show for marketing purposes. Registration for CEDIA Expo 2021 is non-refundable. This includes trade show floor-only passes, training classes, and special events. Exhibitors at CEDIA Expo may utilize badge scanning to follow-up with you after the show. By permitting an exhibitor to scan your badge, your contact information will be shared with the exhibitor, and CEDIA Expo will no longer be in control of how your information is used.
Age Requirement
No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the show floor. Proof of age is required.
ATM
ATMs are conveniently located on the first level of the Indiana Convention Center, in the Maryland Food Court, between Room 116 and the 500 Ballroom Reception Room, and behind room 140. ATMs are available throughout the public areas of Lucas Oil Stadium.
Badges
The official registration badge should be prominently worn, at all times, for prompt admission to the show floor and training sessions. Your badge is coded for access to conference sessions for which you are registered. If you lose your badge, please inquire at registration to have it reprinted (a $25 fee will be enforced). Badges are not transferrable and must not be loaned to anyone for any purpose during the event. Badge colors indicate the type of registration:

Camera Policy
Photography, filming photography, and video recording are not permitted in the exhibit hall, with the exception of, the official show photographer or an approved exhibitor– appointed photographer with prior approval of Show Management. Exhibitors and/or approved exhibitor-appointed contractors may photograph or record their own exhibits. Photography or video recording of any area outside an exhibitor’s booth (including but not limited to registration areas, general sessions, and meeting rooms) is prohibited.
Concessions
The Indiana Convention Center offers various dining options and concessions located within the facility. The food court is located centrally outside Exhibit Halls A-D.
Convention Center Concierge
Visit Indy staffs two information desks on the first floor of the building – one is outside of halls DE in the Crossroads Corridor and the other is outside of halls IJ in the Hoosier Corridor.
Education Help Desk
Get answers to your education and certification questions at the CEDIA Education Help Desk located in Room 140 across from registration.
Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Tuesday – Thursday.
First Aid
First Aid facilities are presently staffed by Indiana University Health Services for CEDIA 2021.

Foreign Language Support and Translation Services

Nursing Mother’s Lounge
The Indiana Convention Center maintains a lactation room for nursing mothers located in the Women’s Restroom on the first floor of the Convention Center across from the Security Dispatch and First Aid Offices along the Crossroad Corridor. The on-site lactation room provides privacy and may be accessed at any time.

Shuttle Buses
Free shuttle bus service will operate between the Indianapolis Convention Center and very limited hotels due to Indianapolis being a walkable city. The shuttles will run from Tuesday, August 31 to Friday, September 3.
Taxis
The Maryland Street canopy is a recommended spot for taxi pick-ups and drop-offs.
Wheelchair and Scooter Rental
Wheelchairs for use inside the facility are available on a first come, first-served basis at the security dispatch office (317) 262-3350. A government issued picture ID is required as a deposit for the wheelchair. Wheelchairs may not be removed from the facility. A fee will be imposed for any wheelchairs not returned.
