In this session\, we will review ways of effectively winning over luxury designers\, how to speak their language\, and how to keep them calling you first for future work. We will discuss the typical pain points\, how to help avoid them\, and how to establish yourself as an essential resource for them and their luxury clientele. We will review examples of effective documentation\, how to distill technical documents down to "Need To Know" forms they understand. We will review the selections process\, how to disarm resistance early in the conversation\, and how to help each other deliver spectacular projects. We will discuss fair referral compensation packages\, when to discuss it during the project life cycle\, and when to pay it.
