He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University and has worked for several lighting manufacturers as well as an electrical contractor. Currently, he is a Regional Sales Manager for Liteline and holds a Lighting Certified credential from the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions.

By the end, you will be able to read photometric data and choose fixtures that deliver the experience you want in a space. Learning Objectives: 1. Understand what quality means in the context of lighting fixtures. 2. Understand buzzwords like CCT, center beam candela power, black body curve, SPD, TM-30, and DUV. 3. How to use manufacturers’ published data to support the evaluation of quality light. 4. Use photometric information to select fixtures that create the desired experience in a space and to hold the spec.
