CEOPatrick Harders, LC, is the founder of Dayloom, a luxury landscape lighting design firm based in Northern Virginia, and co-founder and head luminaire designer at Sterling Lighting, a manufacturer of solid brass and bronze architectural fixtures. He holds the Lighting Certified credential from the NCQLP and has spent nearly three decades in landscape lighting, beginning in 1998. His work has earned nine AOLP design awards and three LIT Lighting Design Awards, including the 2025 AOLP Commercial Excellence Award for The Barns at Wolf Trap. At Sterling, Patrick leads luminaire development built around high color rendition sources and precision optics, translating photometric theory into fixtures that perform in the field.
