Published: August 21, 2026

CEDIA Expo 2026 will bring more than 90 free Manufacturer Product Training sessions to Denver, giving integrators hands-on time with the products they specify, sell and install every day. The show runs Sept. 1-4 at the Colorado Convention Center, with training led by the manufacturers behind many of the industry’s most-used solutions.

What Should Integrators Know Before They Go?

Here are the key details:

  • More than 90 free Manufacturer Product Training (MPT) sessions are available, with more being added.
  • Hosting brands include ADI, Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Sonos, Samsung and PowerShades, among others.
  • Sessions cover audio, video, lighting control, networking, shading, security and energy management.
  • Training is designed to reduce callbacks, cut troubleshooting time and improve client experiences.
  • Certification opportunities are available to strengthen individual and business credentials.
  • All sessions are free. Attendees can register directly or add sessions through their confirmation email.

What Are Manufacturer Product Training Sessions?

Manufacturer Product Training sessions are free, hands-on classes led by exhibiting brands that give integrators direct access to the experts behind the products they use on the job. The sessions pair practical instruction with real-world installation insight, so attendees can bring skills straight back to their next project. Integrators can bring their teams to build product knowledge, sharpen technical skills and gain application experience in one place.

Which Manufacturers Are Hosting Training?

More than a dozen manufacturers are hosting MPT sessions at CEDIA Expo 2026, including ADI, Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Sonos, Samsung and PowerShades. Each brand offers direct, free access to the people who build and support the technology integrators rely on. Together, the sessions span audio, video, lighting control, networking, shading, security and energy management, with a focus on both product-specific knowledge and hands-on installation needs.

How Do These Sessions Help Integration Businesses?

These sessions help integration businesses by building practical skills that reduce errors and improve client outcomes. Technicians and system designers learn installation best practices and see how products perform within complete systems. That knowledge can lead to fewer callbacks, less troubleshooting time and stronger client experiences. Certification opportunities add another layer of value, helping individuals and companies build their credentials.

“MPT sessions give our team the opportunity to work directly with integrators and use guided self-discovery sessions that let them get hands-on practice with our devices and software,” says Jim Haws, technical trainer at ADI Global. “Doing it this way helps them specify, install and support our solutions with confidence. I can’t imagine a more valuable way to spend my time at CEDIA Expo.”

Why Attend MPT Sessions at CEDIA Expo?

Integrators should attend because MPT sessions connect the people who install and support technology directly with the people who design and build it. The format gives teams a chance to learn new products, ask questions and put that knowledge to work right away.

“Manufacturer Product Training is one of the most effective ways for integrators to get value at CEDIA Expo,” says Jason McGraw, group vice president and show director of CEDIA Expo. “These sessions give the people who design and build technology systems a chance to connect directly with the people who install and support it. For business owners, it’s also a chance to bring their teams, invest in workforce development and return to work with knowledge that benefits both the business and its customers.”

How Can Attendees Register?

Attendees can register directly or, if already registered, add sessions through their confirmation email. All MPT sessions are free to attend, and the full lineup is available to explore ahead of the show. With more than 90 sessions on the schedule and more being added, integrators have plenty of options to plan their time in Denver.
