OneVision is launching a promotion aimed at helping more integration professionals attend CEDIA Expo 2026 in Denver.
Integrators that sign a new service agreement with OneVision by Aug. 28 will receive one complimentary CEDIA Expo 2026 pass along with reimbursement of up to $1,500 for travel and lodging expenses.
OneVision Promotion Targets Service Coverage During CEDIA Expo
The promotion is connected to OneVision’s 24/7 white-labeled support services, which handle client service calls on behalf of integration firms. According to the company, service responsibilities can sometimes prevent team members from attending industry events because someone needs to remain available to respond to client requests.
“Every year we hear from integrators who skipped CEDIA Expo because the calls never stopped coming in,” said Joseph Kolchinsky, OneVision CEO. “We’ve been solving that problem for a decade, so this felt like the obvious thing to do: come to Denver on us, see what your service operation could look like, and make this the last show week your team ever has to staff around.”
OneVision says the issue extends beyond trade shows, as integration companies also need to account for service coverage during evenings, weekends and holidays. Its support model is designed to shift those incoming service calls to OneVision’s team rather than requiring an integrator’s own employees to remain on call.
Promotion Aims to Address Cost and Staffing Barriers
For CEDIA Expo specifically, the company is positioning the promotion as a way to address both the need for service coverage and some of the costs associated with sending employees to the show.
OneVision notes that CEDIA Expo provides access to product introductions, training and industry networking, while employees involved in service operations may otherwise be among those who remain behind to provide coverage.
Who Qualifies for OneVision’s CEDIA Expo Offer?
Reimbursement for travel and lodging will be issued after the new partner goes live with OneVision. The promotion applies only to new service agreements signed by Aug. 28, 2026, and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers or incentives.
