experience based in Houston, TX. He serves as Head of Houston City College’s Smart Building advisory board, a
degree program he has been pivotal in constructing over the past four years. Understanding the vital importance of
education, Louis recently joined the college as an adjunct instructor for the program. He also volunteers his time as a Subject
Matter Expert (SME) for CEDIA’s IST certification task force team and the SkillsUSA advisory committee. Louis has
spoken as a representative of the integration industry and a dedicated advocate for educating upcoming generations
on several stages both within and outside the low-voltage community.
