For the first time ever, C SEED is presenting the world’s first foldable 144-inch MicroLED TV at CEDIA Expo 2022. The unfolding HLR TV will burst into action right in front of your eyes, featuring the newest outdoor MicroLED technology with 1.6 pixel resolution and IP65 rating – a revolutionary leap ahead, providing 4,000 nits brightness, a far wider color gamut and a higher contrast than conventional LED screens.
The C SEED 144 and 201 HLR TV’s are hidden in its compartment box, waiting for activation by a simple push of a button on the remote control. With full automated opening, C SEED HLR TV takes 60 seconds to rise to its height of 2.5 meters and the kinematics of five /seven massive MicroLED panels unfold equally soundlessly within the next 45 seconds forming a seamless and unique outdoor TV experience. The display can be rotated 90 left & right or 180⁰ only one direction. With the same ease, HLR TV submerges into the compartment box for space saving storage when not in use, allowing space to be used multifunctionally.
The C SEED HLR TV processes image data up to 100,000 times per second, enabling the screen to display 64 billion radiant colors for smoothly flowing pictures of unparalleled color depth. Along with the screen’s exceptional luminosity of 4,000 nits and a high refresh rate, the 1.9 and 1.6 mm pixel resolution ensures crystal clear, true color images, even in brightest daylight conditions and direct sunshine.
A special screen surface treatment displays the all-important black deep and accurate like never before. In addition to on-board HDR Plus (High Dynamic Range), C SEED’s Adaptive Gap Calibration Technology (AGC) renders borders between the display´s wings totally invisible.
The C SEED HLR TV smoothly continues the C SEED legacy that started with the award-winning C SEED 201 TV by Porsche Design Studio.
