CAMERA CREW REQUIREMENTS

Please note the following details related to filming and camera crew access to the exhibit floor. Advance attention to these requirements will make your visit more productive:

• When organizing a time to shoot in an exhibitor’s booth, please coordinate directly with the exhibitor. You must give advanced notice to an exhibitor and get approval before filming their booth.
• You must provide proof of insurance, which you will show to the pressroom staff, as well as a valid ID to get your press badge and tags for equipment.
• To shoot the show floor, you must have your show badge and an official show tag for all equipment at all times.
• There will be limited exhibitor press kits on-site pressroom, please view the digital pressroom for additional exhibitor news/information.
