Jim Beaumont is an accomplished sales and business development leader with extensive
experience in the smart home and integrated technology industry. As Western Territory Sales
Manager at Josh.ai, he is responsible for driving regional growth, cultivating strategic
partnerships, and delivering innovative voice control solutions to integrators and clients across
the western United States.
Prior to joining Josh.ai, Jim served as an Area Leader at Lutron, where he played a key role in
expanding market share, strengthening dealer networks, and supporting the adoption of
advanced lighting and shading systems. His leadership and deep industry knowledge
consistently contributed to strong sales performance and long-term partner success.
Jim is also an entrepreneur at heart, having founded and managed a multinational integration
company with operations spanning three U.S. states and four countries across Europe and the
Middle East. Under his leadership, the company delivered high-end residential and commercial
technology solutions, earning a reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.
With a unique blend of executive leadership, global business experience, and technical
