When will I receive my badge?

Badges are not mailed. Bring your registration confirmation email to pick up your badge at the Registration Counters located at the Colorado Convention Center.

What does the expo-only pass include?

The expo-only pass includes:

Exhibit Hall access September 2-4, 2026
All Manufacturer Product Trainings (but you need to add them to your pass during registration!)
All sessions on the Smart Stage
CE Pro All-Star Band Concert
Access to the official mobile app and matchmaking platform
Option to add a la carte educational sessions, workshops, and certifications for an additional fee

What does a CEDIA Education Conference Pass include and how do I select sessions?

The CEDIA Education Conference Pass includes:

Access to all educational sessions except workshops and certifications (additional fee)
Exhibit Hall access September 2-4, 2025
All Manufacturer Product Trainings (must be added during registration)
All sessions on the Smart Stage
CE Pro All-Star Band Concert
Access to the official mobile app and matchmaking platform

What type of identification is needed to pick up my badge?

You will need your photo ID to retrieve your badge. Pick up your badge at the Registration Counter onsite during registration hours.

What are the education and certification policies?

CEDIA Education Conference registration fees are refundable for cancellations made by August 4th and non-refundable thereafter.

No refunds will be issued due to conflicts with manufacturer product training or non-CEDIA sponsored events.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms without prior written permission. Violators may be ejected and denied entry to future events.

Can I bring my child to the show?

Children under the age of 18, including infants, are NOT allowed on the show floor at any time.

Proof of age is required onsite.

CEDIA Expo/CIX personnel reserve the right to refuse admittance.

How do I register my exhibitor booth personnel?

Please note there is a NEW PROCESS this year.

Please refer to your company’s booth contract contact who received the email containing access to your company’s portal to register all staff.
Your company’s admin received this email on Monday, August 4^th.
