Alex Boyle is a service-nerd from the get-go, and has been immersed in the service industry from the start. After six years at Apple, he joined OneVision Resources, where he has spent the past nine years helping shape the company’s service-focused initiatives. He founded the Partner Development group, led the creation of OneVision’s training curriculum, and built OneVision Academy, the company’s online learning management solution. Over the years, Alex has worked with more than 200 companies in the CI channel, helping them establish, refine, and scale their service strategies.
He currently serves as Senior Onboarding Manager at OneVision Resources, guiding new partners through the onboarding process and setting them up for long-term success. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, 5-year-old son and dog, hobbying and gaming with his friends, and trying to soak up as much sunlight as he can.
