Lighting BOSS Acquires Cascade Lighting, Inc.

Pinellas Park, FL– Lighting BOSS, an independent lighting and audio distributor located in Pinellas Park, Florida, has acquired Cascade Lighting Inc., located in Akron, Ohio. The move to acquire Cascade Lighting Inc., first started in September of 2022, with a goal of expanding Lighting BOSS into new territories. The process took a little over a month and the deal was signed October 28th, 2022.

The acquisition of Cascade Lighting Inc. fits into Lighting BOSS’ strategy to be one of the largest independent lighting and audio distributors in the country and this is the first step to achieving that goal. By purchasing Cascade Lighting Inc., they are also able to offer additional manufacturers to their already robust offerings including FX Luminaire, Kichler Landscape Lighting, Alliance Outdoor Lighting, WAC Landscape Lighting, Unique Lighting Systems, Hinkley Lighting, and so many more.

From lighting design techniques to business solutions, Lighting BOSS is excited for the opportunity to expand their reach into the Midwest and Northeast side of the country.
